Parents and Runners,

For the past eight years I have coached runners in Kentucky. I have hosted running camps in Bardstown, Louisville and Ashland,

Kentucky. My camps have been a place where runners could mentally and physically prepare for the cross country season. Each year

I have been blessed to have guest coaches and athletes who have shared their knowledge of running at my camps. This year runners

will be able to not only prepare mentally and physically for their sport of running but also spiritually as our camp will have a Christ

centered focus. Runners will not only be able to train hard at our camp but also be able to spend quality time in group devotions as

they learn about the “race of life”. Runners will learn how they can run with the purpose of representing Christ in a way that honors

Him in all they do in the “race of life”.

See you at the starting line!
